Spaghetti Fun

Last week we went to my parents' house to watch the ASU vs. NAU game.  My mom also wanted to make a spaghetti dinner for us.  As it turns out, that was the highlight of the evening.  Baby K. loved it!  I mean, she REALLY loved it.  I cut up some of the pasta and put a little sauce on top of it and then put everything on her tray.  At first, all she wanted to do was feel it squish in between her fingers.  But, that first taste was all it took...she ate every last bit!  When Grandpa thought Mom and Dad weren't looking, he even gave her a second helping.....of sauce only.  Thanks, Dad.  She ate that right up too!

In preparation of our messy dinner, we put a sheet underneath the high chair for easy clean-up, but that proved to be completely unnecessary.  There was not a drop of spaghetti on the floor.  Little Miss made sure not to waste anything.  She always loves to eat, but I have never seen her enjoy food this much!  We literally had to hose off our sweet girl in the kitchen sink afterward, but it was well worth the fun we had.  Thanks for the great memory, Mom and Dad!
